A) Marketing Manager
Kenall is seeking a high energy Marketing Manager with an adept business sense, degree in Marketing and 5 + years experience, preferably in the lighting, electrical, electronics or manufacturing industry.
Essential responsibilities include:
Assist in establishing strategic marketing plans and execute marketing programs to achieve stated objectives regarding revenue, profitability, and market share; adjust strategy and tactics to increase effectiveness.
Develop product specifications for new products and plan for product launch.
Direct optimum performance of Customer Relationship Management program in an effort to maximize sales opportunities.
Oversee the execution of promotional materials and activities including print, electronic media, trade show, direct mail, etc.
Manage development, production, and distribution of promotional and collateral materials to support sales and marketing programs.
Help establish and maintain consistent corporate image throughout product lines, promotional materials, and events.
Develop budget and manage Marketing team.

Are you a creative conceptual thinker with a spirit of adventure who never stops asking questions and loves to experiment? If so, Kenall wants you to join our prestigious New Product Design team. You will research, design and develop new state-of-the-art lighting products. Must be able to convey an idea through hand sketching, and possess knowledge of 3D modeling (Pro-E or SolidWorks a plus) along with a strong mechanical and electrical aptitude. E) Project Manager
Kenall seeks a Project Manager to manage all major sales projects from inquiry through order fulfillment. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the Project Manager acts as liaison between the Manufacturing, Engineering, Purchasing, and Sales departments in order to reduce costs, maintain customer satisfaction, and facilitate manufacturing/engineering.
Responsibilities include: achievement of Sales department goals, customer satisfaction, profitability of project business, etc. Kenalls Project Manager position requires 5+ years relevant experience in the lighting (or electrical) manufacturing industry; understanding of business strategies/operations; financial analysis/reporting/budgeting skills, etc. In addition, the successful candidate will possess outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills; a high level of self-initiative; and a flexible, positive attitude.

J) Junior Maintenance Technician Metal Fabrication
Kenall seeks a Junior Maintenance Technician for our Metal Fabrication department to provide
troubleshooting, diagnostic evaluation and repair of metal fabrication equipment and equipment components (including: turrets, lasers, press brakes, shears, punch presses, tool sharpeners,
hardware insertion machines, manual welders, box welders, robot welders, spot welders,
polishing and grinding machines, chillers, condensers, pumps, piping, dust collectors, and
overhead cranes). The Technician will perform maintenance, service and repairs and is responsible for performing preventive maintenance of critical equipment on a predetermined
schedule.
Position requires a high school diploma (technical school graduate is preferred) plus a minimum of 5 years of experience; the ability to work effectively with minimal direct supervision; excellent customer service skills and strong written/verbal communication skills;
familiarity with metal fabricating Standard Operating Procedures and a flexible, can-do attitude.
